First of all google edistrictdelhigovt.nic.in and create account using Aadhaar card or of Card. You will receive two different messages on your registered phone number and mail ID.

Online certificate will be available on website after 21 days of approval in general appointment and in 1 or 2 days in tatkal appointment.
